I am writing to thank you for the fantastic birthday cake you made me for my 50 th birthday. It was a lovely surprise for me at my celebrations at Ruth’s house. I really appreciated it as I do some cake decoration myself and I know it takes a long time!! The detail you put into it was wonderful and personal to me. I wasn’t expecting a cake so it was a lovely surprise when they carried it in. It was a highlight of the evening. I couldn’t believe the size of it at first and then when I saw how it had been decorated I cried!!

Everyone loved it and marvelled at the detail. The writing in the waves was a wonderful idea.
